By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store purchases.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Midian, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Midian is a platform designed to help users engage with biblical texts and related content. We provide tools for exploration, study, and discovery within a curated digital environment.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
